Products

CG selects a quality-assured and reliable process for each requirement of fine glass powders. The fine glass powders are used for coating of electronic components, insulation materials, electronic devices, circuit boards and bonding of semiconductors by stable particle size control and reliable glass composition control. Some are used as a material of thick film pastes for LTCC, MLCC, inductors and PDP (plasma display panel).

Production process

CG Japan manufactures and sells glass powder, ceramic glaze, glass frit, special glass powder, PiG, etc., and is a glass powder manufacturer in Taiwan that supplies products to Japan.

Concrete example

1.Confirmation of specifications

We discuss well with our customer to identify requirements and specifications through analysis of glass composition, distribution of particle size, selection and trial production of samples with quantity and desired cost at mass production. For example: we will provide several lab samples (30-100 gram each) for user evaluation at the first step.

2.Pilot production test

We remake the same glass powder at different process of mass production scale when the specification of lab sample has been confirmed by customer.

3.Mass production test

We select the best manufacturing process for mass production depended on the quantity (several hundred grams to several tons per month) and composition of glass powder. We also check the cost of materials and production and discuss well about what is the best choice with customers.

4.Productization

We persist in stable manufacturing and strict quality control according to contracts regarding ordering method, ordering unit, delivery date, inventory, price, payment site, etc.

Non-disclosure agreement

It is a contract to define confidential information. We carefully discuss and conclude regulations, restrictions, confidentiality obligations and remedies with individual customers.
